Thousands of ducks race to benefit CHIP
This year's Chesapeake Rubber Duck Race featured food, games, and some friendly competition. The main event on race day was the race itself where one lucky winner received the keys to a 2010 Nissan Versa. Proceeds from the event benefit CHIP
Chesapeake City Council members Lonnie Craig and Ella Ward attended the Sponsor Reception to show their support.
Buddy Smith and Michele Partridge Lane of Russell's Heating and Cooling enjoyed the opportunity to socialize at the reception.
Elizabeth Dixon of CHIP and William Doxey enjoyed the relaxation of the reception before all of the hard work to come in preparation for the big event.
